Satcom Direct hires Len Snider

Satcom Direct® has recently hired Len Snider as Director of our technical support department. Len comes with 25 years of industry experience, with his most recent role as Senior Manager of Customer Support for Rockwell Collins. In his new role at Satcom Direct, Len will be responsible for support operations at our home office in Satellite Beach, Florida, and field operations around the world.

The technical support team fields all troubleshooting calls for satcom, datalink, in-flight television, and Satcom Direct exclusive web-based tools such as Plane Simple, FDF Portal, and SD Flight Tracker. Each team member is trained to use our customized software tools to quickly diagnose all flight deck and cabin communications squawks. We are very pleased to welcome Len to the Satcom Direct® team.
