Aircell Iridium Overview

Customers with Aircell equipped aircraft can choose to utilize Satcom Direct® and our exclusive Global One Number® direct dialing service for installations including the ST3100, ST3120, Axxess and Axxess EZ systems. Satcom Direct® has an agreement with Aircell allowing us to be the billing provider for your Aircell voice service. In order to add a Global One Number and receive your Aircell bill via Satcom Direct invoice the below steps will need to take place:

• New customer fills out an Aircell Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA) and indicates they would like to use Satcom Direct as the billing provider by checking the appropriate Satcom Direct box under the Billing Entity section of the SSA form
• For existing accounts with Aircell, the customer will need to send an email request to customerservice@aircell.com and reference the tail number they wish to transfer to Satcom Direct.
• Aircell will contact Satcom Direct with appropriate information and form. The activation will be processed accordingly in the Satcom Direct system
• This process is seamless to the customer; there will not be any service interruption
